Tabby fur coloured anthropomorphic man-cat
Skar’Ten was raised from a cub in the quiet, sheltered valley of Halah-Kittay, the last settlement of the once mighty felinean empire.
He was a precocious youngling whose greatest asset and weakness was overwhelming curiosity. He went where he shouldn’t, he touched what he shouldn’t and was quite the handful for his parents.
Naturally he was drawn to the pathfinder guild in the settlement: those who would range outside the cloak of seeming and seek partners to trade with, fresh food to hunt and gather, and news of the world outside the sequestered community.
Always to the future he looked, his paws fidgeting when made to sit still. He had to see the world, unshackled by duty and tradition.
Skar made his case before the council and they readily agreed. To be honest they were glad to be rid of him. But to ensure that he could find his way home, the clowder-dreamers placed a boon upon him. Skar could always find his way back to anywhere he had already been.
Skar’Ten thanked the council thoroughly, petted his kin and ran out the cloak before anyone could change their mind.
He had adventured and explored ever since.
